Ask DVLA to review a rejected motorhome body type application

You can use this form to ask DVLA to review their decision to reject your motorhome body type application.

If your motorhome body type application was rejected, use this form to ask DVLA to review the decision.

Ask for a review  

You’ll need: 

• the name and address that the vehicle is registered to 

• the vehicle registration number 

• an image of the latest vehicle log book (V5C)

What happens next

DVLA will review your application and make a decision based on the evidence you’ve previously provided. If acceptable, DVLA will update and issue a V5C showing the amended body type.

If the evidence does not match the criteria, DVLA will tell you their decision and the V5C will remain unchanged.
