How to appeal against a decision to register, change or cancel a traditional term on a wine product in the UK.
Who can appeal
You can make an appeal if you’re affected by, or have a legitimate interest in, a decision to:
- register or not register a traditional term
- amend or not amend a traditional term specification
- cancel or not cancel a registered traditional term

How to appeal
You have 28 days to appeal from the date a decision is published.
