The purpose of a background report is to inform users of the statistics about the quality of data used to produce the publication and any statistics derived from that data.
This report provides statistical information on UK armed forces and civilian personnel returned to the UK from Op Herrick as a result of an injury or illness who have been treated at the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine (RCDM) and/or the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) Headley Court, from 8 October 2007 onwards.
