Seasonal influenza vaccine uptake in frontline healthcare workers, England: 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026 graphs

A total of 46.3% of all frontline healthcare workers have been vaccinated for influenza (484,264 of 1,046,326). This includes NHS trusts (secondary care) and GP practices (primary care). NHS trusts (secondary care) represent data from acute, ambulance, care, community, mental health, other NHS trusts and independent sector health care providers (ISHCPs)

Broken down by primary and secondary care the totals are 46.1%, (476,028 of 1,031,522) for NHS trusts, and 55.6% (8,236 of 14,804) for GP practices, as reported in Table 1 and Table 6 of the accompanying spreadsheet.

This data represents the organisations making a return, or who have completed their campaign: 191 trusts (81.3%) and 436 GP practices (6.7%).
