Details

This statistical release contains official statistics on the Right Time Indicator (RTI) performance measure. This is a measure of the average time taken to process Housing Benefit (HB) and Council Tax Benefit (CTB) new claims and changes of circumstances.

This release contains new statistics for January 2011 to March 2011, as well as summary statistics for April 2010 to March 2011.

Since 26 October 2011 the official statistics on Right Time Indicator (RTI) have been replaced by statistics on the speed of processing.
