Local health contains indicators related to:

population and demographic factors, including age, sex and deprivation

wider determinants of health, including housing and living environment
This release adds data for healthy life expectancy 2019 to 2023 for middle super outputs areas (MSOAs). No other indicators have been updated.
The statistical bulletin health state life expectancy estimates for MSOAs, England and Wales: 2019 to 2023 published by the Office for National Statistics offers further analysis of the indicators which have been updated in this release.
We are exploring ways to produce small geographical area data which can be built up into larger areas to make recent data available more quickly. We also aim to include data for NHS geographies in future releases. The OHID statistics and research calendar will include information about future releases once they are available.
