The Local Alcohol Profiles for England (LAPE) data update for March 2016.
Public Health England (PHE) has published the Local Alcohol Profiles for England (LAPE) data update for March 2016.
The LAPE interactive tool presents data for 20 alcohol-related indicators and allows users to view and analyse data in a user-friendly format. The LAPE website also provides links to further supporting and relevant information to aid understanding of alcohol-related harm in a local population.
This quarterly update includes:
- the addition of 2014 deaths to the 4 mortality indicators
- an adjustment to mortality values across the previous years (because of a change in ICD10 coding for the most recent year)
- a new drink driving indicator
The hospital admissions data indicators will be updated in May 2016.
