This report presents an estimate of the number of leasehold dwellings in England in 2023 to 2024 by tenure, dwelling type and region.

It includes an estimate of the number of leasehold and freehold dwellings in the social rented sector in addition to those in the owner occupied and private rented sectors. Shared owners are included and presented as owner occupiers.
