Additional Work Coach Support provides increased work coach appointment time for new and existing Universal Credit and Employment and Support Allowance customers with health conditions or disabilities.

This report presents an extension to previously published analysis on the employment outcomes of voluntary Additional Work Coach Support for customers with limited capability for work and work-related activity (LCWRA). This extension tracks the effects of the support on employment for a further 12 months.
