From April 2018

Healthcare associated infection (HCAI) surveillance data on meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), meticillin susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA), Escherichia coli (E. coli), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) and Klebsiella species (Klebsiella spp.) bacteraemia and Clostridium difficile (C. difficile) infection from independent sector (IS) organisations.

The spreadsheet contains the following experimental statistics:

  • counts of MRSA bacteraemia (table 1)
  • counts of C. difficile infection (table 2)
  • counts of MSSA bacteraemia (table 3)
  • counts of E. coli bacteraemia (table 4)
  • counts of Klebsiella spp. bacteraemia (table 5)
  • counts of P. aeruginosa bacteraemia (table 6)
