OSCAR Quarterly Transparency Release – Quarter 1 2016/17
The Online System for Central Accounting and Reporting (OSCAR) is a cross government project to replace the Combined Online Information System (COINS) public spending database. It’s a user-friendly system that provides us with key management information and data for public reporting.
