English Housing Survey 2024 to 2025: perceptions and impacts of housing quality

This report examines housing conditions using a number of different metrics, including whether homes meet the Decent Home Standard or have problems with damp, as well as more subjective measures such as satisfaction with accommodation or repairs. It also considers additional factors relating to the home and the local area, including problems with noise and the neighbourhood.
