An issue has been identified with historical Access to Work approvals data which impacts approval volume statistics between financial years ending March 2019 and March 2025. For statistics on the number of people approved for Access to Work provision in this period, please refer to the 2025 release of the publication which was updated with revised approval statistics on 29th January 2026.

Access to Work is a programme that aims to help people who have a disability or long-term health condition start or stay in work.
