Transaction unique identifier and INSPIRE ID Look Up Table dataset

This dataset contains HM Land Registry Transaction unique identifier from the Price Paid dataset and INSPIRE ID for freehold property registered in England and Wales.
Polygons are shapes that show the position and indicative extent of a registered property. Each INSPIRE Index Polygon has a unique identification number called the Land Registry-INSPIRE ID that relates to a registered title.
The Transaction unique identifier may contain several separate polygons. Each individual polygon will have a separate Land Registry-INSPIRE ID. If a property or piece of land does not have a Land Registry-INSPIRE ID, it is possible that it is not registered. Alternatively, it could be a leasehold registration or one of the other tenures that are not present in our INSPIRE Index Polygons.
Using INSPIRE IDs and Transaction unique identifiers together allows you to match and merge datasets from different sources.
Using or publishing our INSPIRE ID Look Up Table dataset
Our INSPIRE ID Look Up Table dataset is released under the Open Government Licence (OGL). You need to make sure you understand the terms of the OGL before using the data.
If you use or publish our INSPIRE ID Lookup Table dataset, you must add the following attribution statement:
- Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right [year of supply or date of publication]. This data is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Please note that, if you use the Look Up Table dataset in conjunction with address data from Price Paid Data, your use of the address data remains subject to the Price Paid Data licensing conditions.
We update the data on the 20th working day of each month. You can download the:

- current month INSPIRE ID Look Up Table dataset as a text file (TXT, 3.2MB)

Accuracy of the data
Price paid information is not personal, but property-related information. All sales that have not been lodged with HM Land Registry or sales that were not for value are excluded. See Data excluded from Price Paid Data for more information.
