Notes on Local Authority Housing Statistics (LAHS) 2024-25

The remaining sections of the return will be published alongside other relevant statistical releases over the coming months. A full release calendar is included in the file. The next update will be in January/February 2026.

A full time series of the data since 1978-79 is available alongside these tables. It will be updated to include the entire 2024-25 return in February 2026, when the final sections of LAHS will be published.
