Your First Home is a new government scheme to help first-time buyers purchase a new-build home with a smaller deposit and mortgage.
This guidance provides further detail about the scheme, including:
- eligibility requirements for individuals and properties
- interest arrangements for customers
- fees for developers
The scheme is expected to open for applications in February 2027. We will publish further guidance before it opens.
