The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 from Third Energy UK Gas Limited: to comply with sector wide regulatory requirements by including all the relevant activities in their permit.

This application is not related to the activities at the Kirby Misperton 8 site (EPR/DB3002HE).
