Details

The Deputy Traffic Commissioner in the North Eastern Traffic Area decided that:

  • an undertaking be added to the licence of Whitelock Plant Limited that all authorised vehicles shall have a roller brake test on laden vehicles conducted once per month. The results will be recorded and retained for at least 2 years.

  • the repute of the transport manager Maxwell Stocks is not lost, but is tarnished.

  • the repute of the transport manager Amreet Chouhan is not lost.

The Deputy Traffic Commissioner also directed that:

  • Luke Jones’s LGV licence be suspended for 20 weeks with effect from 1 March 2020

  • Robert Danvers’s LGV licence be suspended for 20 weeks with effect from 1 March 2020

  • Kris Kirk’s LGV licence be suspended for 20 weeks with effect from 1 March 2020

  • Jack Nutter’s LGV licence be suspended for 2 weeks with effect from 1 March 2020

  • Marc Nizinskyj’s licence be revoked and he be disqualified for 12 months from holding an LGV licence with effect from 1 March 2020

  • Javid Northin’s licence be revoked and he be disqualified for 12 months from holding an LGV licence with effect from 1 March 2020
