  1. The charges section of the application form and supporting guidance notes has been updated to include the option to pay online using GOV.UK. Also updated how reference numbers are used and provided a standard format that aligns with other permitting regimes, with instructions to make it easier to identify payments when they are made. As well as updating the charges section, several smaller changes have been made to improve the usability of the forms.

  2. Form amended to remove details of raising invoices.

  3. Added a section on personal data to include contact information and updated payment types accepted in ‘How to pay’ section.
