Details

The department has reviewed the market shares of Work Programme providers, based on their performance in the 12 months ending 31 March 2013. We have adjusted their shares from August 2013.

The adjustment affects all future referrals to the Work Programme in the relevant payment groups in affected contract package areas. We will divert 5% of referrals to the highest performing provider from the lowest performing provider.
