Provides findings on the fourth work-life balance employees’ survey conducted in early 2011. It benchmarks key policy changes since the 2006 third work-life balance survey, including the Work and Families Act 2006, that is the extension of the ‘right to request’ flexible working to parents of children under the age of 17 (2009) and to co-resident carers (2007).
