1. Background
1. The purpose of this memo is to inform you of amendments that have been made to the Work and Health Programme (WHP) Provider Guidance Chapters which will include the ESF Requirements Changes as previously notified to you within Provider letter on the 24 July 2023. These ESF amendments must be adhered to with immediate effect as outlined in the letter.
2. Summary and action
2. The information contained within WHP Provider Guidance should be read in full and used by you and your supply chain partners. Particular attention should be given to paragraph 1 in all Chapters detailed in the table below.
3. As the timing of these amendments within the WHP Provider Guidance coincides with the introduction of WHP Pioneer, which goes live on the 13 September 23, all updated Provider Guidance Chapters have been uploaded to Jaggaer prior to being published on GOV.UK.
