Background

1. This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the following Work and Health Programme (COVID 19) including JETS Provider Guidance Chapters.

2. The information in Work and Health Programme (COVID-19) including JETS Provider Guidance should be read in full and used by you and all of your supply chain partners. Particular attention should be given to Chapters 1, 3b,11,12,14 and 15.

11 50 to 51 Programme completers and early exits Amendment to paragraph 50

The Provider Referral and Payment System (PRaP) will automatically calculate the end date for a WHP Core Participant at 456 calendar days.

Additional paragraph 51

PRaP will automatically calculate and populate the end date for a WHP JETS Participant at 182 calendar days, but this will not unset the RTE interest, which will continue to pick up earnings until day 299. This includes 182 calendar days on programme, 56 calendar days tracking period and a further 61 days for late HMRC notifications/claims based on the start date you input following initial engagement. 12 Annex 1 Participants Complaints Amendment to the phone number for the Independent Case Examiner’s Office. Changed from an 0345 number to an 0800 number.   3
