1. Background

1. This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to Work and Health Programme (COVID 19) including JETS Provider Guidance Chapters.

2. Summary and action

2. The information in Work and Health Programme (COVID 19) including JETS Provider Guidance should be read in full and used by you and all of your supply chain partners. Particular attention should be given to Chapters 3, 3b, 4,10 and 11 which provides information on the ESF requirements during COVID 19 easements.

3. Please Note: We are in the process of reviewing the MAPPA process which is currently outlined in the WHP (including JETS) Provider Guidance. You may receive MAPPA referrals from Job Centre Plus with the full contact details of the Participant. As per current guidance, you will be notified by the Jobcentre Plus SPOC (where required) if the customer is a MAPPA case.
