Use this form to apply for capital funding of woodland planting and protection measures, followed by a payment for establishment.

Details
Use the Woodland Carbon Fund (WCF) application form with the WCF Grant Calculator.
You will need to provide the following information to complete the application form:
- Part 1 - basic eligibility checks
- Part 2 - applicant/agent details
- Part 3 - site details
- Part 4 - your woodland creation design plan
- Part 5 - eligible costs
- Part 6 - VAT declaration
Parts 7, 8 and 9 of the form explain the Forestry Commission’s obligations regarding:
- how they process your application
- data protection
- release of information
In section 10 you’ll be asked to sign and date a declaration to complete your application.
You will need to provide the following information to complete the grant calculator:
- WCF – Establishment Items – details of all compartments and capital items you are applying for
- WCF – Additional Items – indicative details of any discretionary or second stage payments you are applying for
The WCF – Application Summary page will show you the maximum payable grant across your application, based on the details you provide in the first two pages.
