Wilton Park is an Executive Agency of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), that convenes networks of influence to discreetly address important global challenges.

These terms of reference set out the objectives and scope for the review in line with Cabinet Office Public Bodies Review programme guidance. They include information about how and when the review will be conducted.
