Details

The delivery of the new West Coast Partnership will require a new short term contract of approximately 12 months for the continued operation of services on the West Coast Mainline, following the end of the current franchise in April 2018.

This notice informs the incumbent train operator and other Train Operating Companies (TOCs) that the Department for Transport will seek to obtain a direct award for the short term contract.
