From 23 October 2025, there is a charge for multiple site and linear network registrations.

Read waste exemption charges to find out what the charges are.

Use this form to register:

  • the same exemptions at 30 or more sites – known as multiple site registrations  

  • exemptions along a linear network such as a railway, canal, river or road 

Send the completed form to waste-exemptions@environment-agency.gov.uk.

  1. Registration form has been updated. Links have been added to guidance on waste exemption charges and on how to register multiple sites and linear networks.

  2. Updated with a new title: 'multiple site registration' is the new name for 'bulk registration'. On the cover page, added links to the 4 waste exemptions that can apply to linear networks and removed a link to an old document. No changes in the form or its requirements.

  3. The registration form has been updated to match the information required in the new online waste registration service. The information required has also been condensed into one form so that a separate form does not need to be submitted. It can also now can be used for linear registrations.
