Use this form to register:

the same exemptions at 30 or more sites – known as multiple site registrations (used to be called ‘bulk’ registrations)

exemptions along a linear network such as a railway, canal, river or road
There are only 4 exemptions you can register along a linear network:
- U1: Using waste in construction
- U12: Using mulch
- D1: Depositing waste from dredging inland waters
- D2: Depositing waste from train toilets

The registration form has been updated to match the information required in the new online waste registration service. The information required has also been condensed into one form so that a separate form does not need to be submitted. It can also now can be used for linear registrations.
