Please include emails, letters, reports, warnings, testing results, sampling, photos, videos, data, briefings and any other information held by the VMD in relation to steroids in Scottish salmon since August 2024.
Our reply
For the purposes of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, Defra, the APHA and VMD are part of the same legal entity. As such we are responding on behalf of Defra and APHA.
You provided the response from the Scottish Government which includes copies of emails to/from the VMD. We do not have any record of other information on steroids in Scottish salmon since August 2024 and we have not reproduced here the information you have already been provided.
We also confirm that the information requested is not held by Defra or APHA.
