Our reply
The VMD does not hold information in the pharmacovigilance database under your name or your dog’s name. This is because adverse event reports received by the VMD from Marketing Authorisation Holders are anonymised prior to being submitted to us.
We have identified the reference for an adverse event report based on previous correspondence; we have located this in our database as GBR-ZOETISPV-2025-UK-02179. Attached is a copy of the adverse event report that was received by the VMD from the Marketing Authorisation Holder.
The sender report identification case reference number included in the report document is the internal reference number for this case in the VMD database, this may be different to the worldwide case number and/or Marketing Authorisation Holder’s internal reference number.
