Our reply
We are refusing your request under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (information accessible by other means) because the information you have requested has already been provided to you previously.
We have already provided a copy of GBR-VMDDEFRA-02421/24 in response to FOI2025/00319. The VMD do not hold a different report for the Zoetis reference number as this was not sent separately to the VMD, as we had already sent Zoetis a copy of the VMD’s report GBR-VMDDEFRA-02421/24, therefore instead Zoetis sent the information that they held to us as a follow-up response to GBR-VMDDEFRA-02421/24.
