Any communications which have taken place since July 2025 between the RCVS or the VMD and IVC evidensia or Kingston Veterinary Group.
Our reply
We can confirm that on 30 September 2025 Kingston Veterinary Group responded to our request for additional evidence referenced in the inspection report you have already received. This material is currently under review by the VMD.
As this information forms part of an ongoing regulatory case, we are refusing to provide it under Section 30(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, which exempts information held for the purposes of inquiries. Disclosure at this stage would also be likely to prejudice the VMD’s regulatory functions, and therefore Section 31(1)(g) of the FOIA applies.
The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) is also conducting its own inquiries under its Practice Standards Scheme (PSS), and you may wish to contact them directly if you require further information about those.
