Our reply
We are refusing your request under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (information accessible by other means) because the information you have requested has already been provided to you previously.
You were sent a copy of the adverse event report GBR-ZOETISPV-2024-UK-05503 following your earlier request under reference ATI1003. This remains the only information we hold under your name and your dog’s name. As this information is already in your possession, we are not providing it again under this request.
The only other information we hold about you is any email correspondence you have sent to us and the responses we provided to you. We do not hold any additional records beyond the adverse event report previously supplied.
