The Traffic Commissioner made order to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Viviago Limited with effect from 23:45 on 11 March 2019
- disqualify Viviago Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 18 months
- disqualify Viviago Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 18 months
- record a formal warning to Steven Logan as to his future conduct
The decision was made on 11 February 2019.
