The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Swift Kerr Ltd with immediate effect
  • disqualify Swift Kerr Ltd from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 30 months
  • disqualify Tawanda Mungate from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 30 months
