You must get approval for a public service vehicle (PSV) to travel at up to 100 kilometres per hour (km/h) in France by having a 'Vitesse 100 examination'.

Use this form to apply for a Vitesse 100 examination, even if a PSV is due to have another test (for example, a certificate of initial fitness (COIF) test) carried out at the same time.

Send the form online

  1. Download and fill in the application form.

  2. Save the application form on your computer.

  3. Send the application form to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) using the service to apply for a vehicle test for a coach.

  4. Pay the application fee of £20.50 by credit or debit card (DVSA will tell you how to do this after you’ve applied), or by cheque or using a pre-funded account.
