Decision of the Charity Commission published on 16 August 2011.

The commission considered an application from Uturn UK Limited for registration as a charity. The organisation aimed to advance citizenship and community development by the promotion and activation of the Street Associations initiative, and to promote the Christian faith and Christian values to create a well-functioning community.

On the evidence before it, the commission concluded that the organisation was not established for exclusively charitable purposes and so could not be registered as a charity.
