  1. Updated to clarify that Level 2 users will no longer be able to access the SMS after 8 March 2027 and must be upgraded to Level 1 or they will be deactivated.

  2. Added link to the new manual 13 for multi-factor authentication, updated the glossary and referenced that from 9 September 2026, you can no longer appoint Level 2 users.
