This document explains the regulations relating to the mandatory delivery of 5 main child development reviews as set out in the Healthy Child Programme. The regulations refer to these as ‘universal health visitor reviews’.
It accompanies the guidance related to the transfer of public health services for children aged 0 to 5 from the NHS to local authorities.
