This research was first commissioned by the Competition and Markets Authority in 2014 to measure UK businesses’ understanding of anti-competitive behaviours and awareness of the penalties for breaching competition law. A repeat survey of UK businesses was carried out in 2017/18.

These reports have been prepared seperately by ICM Unlimited and IFF Research.
