Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Medisort Limited.
The proposed variation is to add a Healthcare and Clinical Waste Transfer Activity to their existing environmental permit. This will not involve taking any additional wastes codes or quantities beyond what are already permitted based on the proposals and existing Activities presently permitted at the site for its incinerator.
