Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Wards of London Properties Limited.
The proposed variation changes a standard rules permit into a bespoke permit.

This variation application is to change from a Standard Rules SR2015 No10 permit to a bespoke permit. The annual throughout will be increasing from 75,000 to 150,000 tonnes per year.
The site will be carrying out the acceptance, processing and transfer of wastes with some transfer operations carried out at night time.
