The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Land Logical Norlands Lane Limited.

1.17.11 This is a substantial variation to add a new deposit for recovery to a bespoke waste operations permit for a closed co-disposal landfill. Inert wastes and limited quantities of non-hazardous wastes will be deposited to address issues with differential settlement at the landfill site and to allow the leachate and gas collection infrastructure to be replaced.
