Turing Scheme funding outcomes for the 2024 to 2025 academic year

Updated 30 April 2026

Overview

This publication includes sector-level and UK-nation-level data relating to application outcomes and funding allocations for the fourth year of the Turing Scheme – the 2024 to 2025 academic year.

More detailed data about the funding results, participant demographics and destinations of participants is available in the allocations data spreadsheet.

Methodology

The data in this publication is collected from organisations when they apply for funding through the Turing Scheme. It has been aggregated to protect personally identifiable information.

The data represents organisations’:

  • planned placements[footnote 1] at application stage
  • final actual placements data, with actual spend and number of placements from final reports at the end of the academic year

We have referred to these as ‘planned’ and ‘actual’ data throughout.

Data quality and limitations

This data accurately reflects organisations’ final reported data and was correct as of 13 April 2026.

There are some limitations: it is possible there may be input errors or missing data, as it relies on data from applications and final reports filled out by organisations.

Placements with fewer than 5 learners have been suppressed and reported as ‘under 5’. This is to make sure no one is personally identifiable.
