The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Bailey Livestock Limited.

This is a new bespoke permit application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations to increase pig numbers - Section 6.9 Part A(1)(a)(ii)(iii) - Rearing pigs intensively in an installation with more than 2,000 places for production pigs (over 30kg), or 750 places for sows.
