The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from H2 Teeside Limited.

• S5.4 Part A (1) (a) (i) - Disposal of non-hazardous waste with a capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day by biological treatment - Membrane Bio-Reactor effluent treatment plant
• S5.4 Part A (1) (a) (ii) - Disposal of non-hazardous waste with a capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day by physico-chemical treatment - Effluent treatment plant Media Filtration
• S5.4 Part A (1) (a) (ii) - Disposal of non-hazardous waste with a capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day by physico-chemical treatment - Oily water treatment plant

- a non-technical summary
- a summary of the management system
- an environmental risk assessment
- proposed operating techniques, including an assessment of best available techniques
- management plans to address any key risks
- modelling and monitoring of any significant emissions to air, land or water
- a report on the condition of the site
- raw material usage and measures for energy efficiency and avoiding waste production
