The commission was asked to review its decision to register the charity. The objections were about whether the trustees were properly appointed, and their responsibilities.

The commission upheld its decision to register the charity. It concluded that any concern over whether the trustees have been properly appointed is not one which may be remedied by a review of a decision to register as a charity.
