This document contains the following information: Treasury minutes on the first to the fifth reports from the Committee of Public Accounts session 2009-10: 1st report DEFRA: A second progress update on the administration of the Single Payment Scheme by the Rural Payments Agency; 2nd report HMRC: improving the processing and collection of tax: income tax, corporation tax, stamp duty land tax and tax credits; 3rd report FCO: financial management in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office; 4th report DFT: Highways Agency: contracting for highways maintenance; 5th report DCMS: promoting participation with the historic environment.
