Details

The Trade Specialised Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) measures is a joint forum for discussion of SPS matters between the UK and the EU.

The specialised committee addresses matters covered by Chapter 3 of the Trade in Goods Title of the UK to EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Its roles and responsibilities are detailed under Article 87 of the agreement.
