The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade is publishing a notice confirming that, following the Trade Remedies Authority’s termination of the anti-subsidy investigation, the earlier requirement for HM Revenue and Customs to register imports of creamy/white limestone originating from Portugal ceases to have effect from 22 September 2026.
